Wool Cashmere layer - Surrounding the latex core is an all natural layer of wool and cashmere quilted to the superfine cotton sateen casing. This all natural layer keeps your face comfortable and dry allowing your skin to breath while you sleep, so you will sleep more soundly and awake more refreshed. The cover is also removable for cleaning.
