Returns/Refunds
In the unlikely event of any product proving to be faulty on arrival, please email MiniJumbuk for a return authorisation and the item will be collected and replaced free of charge.
If you decide for any other reason that you do not want to keep your MiniJumbuk online purchase, it may be returned to our Naracoorte address at your expense, within 21 days of purchase for a refund (less a handling fee of $10), providing that the product has not been used and remains in its original packaging.
Warranty is only applicable within Australia due to freight costs, however please contact us by email if you have any queries about your product when purchasing from overseas.
Copyright and trade marks
The site contains copyright material, brand names and other trade marks that are protected by law. You should assume that all names and logos are trade marks of MiniJumbuk, South Australian Wool Products or third parties, and that all content on this site is subject to copyright.
