2. Blending Wool with High-Performing Fibres
To achieve the perfect balance of comfort, support, and durability, our wool is blended with a lightweight, high-performance fibre. This unique blend helps our Pillows:

4. Stitching the Soft, Natural Cotton Casing
Each Pillow is encased in a premium, soft-touch cotton cover. Cotton is naturally breathable and gentle on the skin, making it the ideal partner to our wool blend.
Our team stitches every casing with precision to ensure it’s durable, smooth and perfectly sized to hold the Airlight™ core in place.
5. Filling & Profiling for Perfect Support
Everyone sleeps differently which is why our Pillows come in three profiles: Low, Medium and High.
We carefully weigh and shape the fill for each profile to ensure it provides the correct level of neck support:
- Low Profile – Ideal for stomach sleepers and young teens
- Medium Profile – Suits most back and side sleepers
- High Profile – Great for broader shoulders or those who prefer extra height
Every pillow is individually adjusted to get the profile just right.
6. Finishing Touches & Quality Testing
Before leaving our factory, each pillow goes through a thorough quality check. We inspect stitching, loft, shape and airflow to ensure the pillow meets the MiniJumbuk standard the same standard we’ve upheld for 50 years.
