Wool has unique properties that repel dust and odour, reducing the need for frequent washing.
This is why we recommend regular airing outside in sunlight. This mattress protector may be machine washed a gentle wool cycle. After washing, this product can be line or flat dried.
We recommend avoiding tumble drying, as heat can affect the natural fibres in your product.
WARNING:
Excess heat and agitation will damage this natural wool product and should be avoided during the cleaning process.

In the unlikely event of any MiniJumbuk product proving to be faulty on arrival please contact MiniJumbuk customer service on 1800 088 834 or via email, help@minijumbuk.com.au. We will arrange for the product to be returned to the MiniJumbuk factory for assessment and under our warranty MiniJumbuk will provide an exchange, refund or repair if the product is faulty or has been wrongly described.
