“Why MiniJumbuk?” Training Course – Breathe Pillow Incentive

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Training Incentive offered to Myer Pty Ltd team members by MiniJumbuk Pty Ltd, who complete the “Why MiniJumbuk?” training course, via M-Metrics.

By participating, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation is open only to current employees in the homewares department of Myer Pty Ltd.
1.2. Participants must successfully complete the “Why MiniJumbuk?” training course in full.
1.3. Only one incentive per eligible participant will be awarded.

2. Incentive

2.1. The incentive consists of one (1) MiniJumbuk Breathe Pillow per eligible participant.
2.2. Incentives are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other product.

3. Participation

3.1. To qualify, participants must complete the training course by November 30th, 2025, as communicated by MiniJumbuk and/or Myer management.

4. Distribution

4.1. MiniJumbuk Sales Representatives will deliver the Incentive Pillows to the nominated store, for distribution, in conjunction with the store manager.
4.2. MiniJumbuk will determine the delivery method and timing, considering logistics lead times and any external influences.

5. General Conditions

5.1. MiniJumbuk and Myer reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the incentive offer at any time, without prior notice.
5.2. Participation in the incentive, constitute consent for MiniJumbuk Pty Ltd and and Myer Pty Ltd, to reserve the right to verify completion and employment records before distributing the incentive.
